1. Who we are
Reo.fm is operated by OpenVox OÜ (formerly CrayonPanda Digital Studio OÜ), a company registered in Estonia with registry code 14461868, registered address Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@reo.fm.
2. Our services
Reo.fm provides B2B podcast production and content services, including podcast strategy, guest sourcing, recording and post-production, distribution, content repurposing, and sales enablement asset creation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins.
3. Engagements and payment
Services are provided on a monthly retainer or fixed-scope project basis, as agreed in writing. Invoices are issued in advance of each service period and are payable by card or bank transfer via Wise, or by direct bank transfer, within the payment terms stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the people, brand assets, and approvals reasonably needed to deliver the services, and to ensure that any material you supply to us does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered assets created for your engagement (episodes, clips, graphics, and written content). We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost pipeline.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
