1. Who we are

Reo.fm is operated by OpenVox OÜ (registry code 14461868), Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@reo.fm.

2. What we collect

• Contact form submissions — your name, email, company, and message, used only to respond to your enquiry.
• Client account data — email and name for team members who manage content in our CMS.
• Usage data — standard, aggregated website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

3. How we use it

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, manage client relationships, and improve the website. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to newsletters without your consent.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, running the site) and contract performance (delivering services). Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months; client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by Estonian accounting law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict processing. Email hello@reo.fm and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

6. Processors

We use a small number of vetted processors to operate the site and deliver services (website hosting, database hosting, and payment processing via Wise). Each processes data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
