Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly retainers

Retainer engagements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@reo.fm. The retainer remains active until the end of the notice period, and we continue delivering services during that time. Fees already paid for the current service period are non-refundable, as production capacity is reserved for you in advance.

2. Fixed-scope projects

For one-off projects (such as a podcast launch package), you may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any amount paid. Once work has started, amounts paid are non-refundable, but we will deliver all completed work to date.

3. When we issue refunds

We issue a full or partial refund when:

• We are unable to deliver the agreed service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative;
• You cancel a fixed-scope project before work has begun;
• A payment was taken in error or duplicated.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@reo.fm from the email address associated with your engagement, including your company name and the invoice or engagement you are referring to. We confirm all requests within one business day.
